Now it is time to ask some questions to Alibaba Managers. (I call them Alibaba and 40 Scammers)

1 – What is the difference between GoldMember and NonGoldMember ? I think this is not an enough argumentation to be safe ..

2 – Why do you try to sell this GOLD or TRUSTMEMBERSHIP to everybody ? It has already no sense.

3 – Anybody who pays 580$ can purchase this membership, without any inspection or verification. And now; why should I trust a “TRUSTMEMBER” or “GOLDMEMBER” ?

4 – Why are you moving so slowly ? Are you sleeping always ? There are a lot of Trust ot GoldMember Fraud Companies here on this portal, even I can detect them with my poor knowledge. And they are still active and continuing to scam people. Don’t you see this ? Can’t you tell the difference ?

5 – What is the aim of this website ? To develop international e-commerce, to earn money without taking any responsibility or to corporate with the Chinese scammers ?

Fraud is write off, on Alibaba, I was scammed from a company called Hong Kong Boost Industry. Alibaba did nothing to help, still trading as a “gold” member.
Only comfort I have is I have posted on the alibaba forums warning others about them, as I get a new email off somoeone thinking of using them I get a little “own back” on them when they dont spend their money on shoddy counterfiet goods.

I have bought a some goods from Chinese companies in the past and had no problems. All the companies were found on Alibab.com. Unfortunately the last purchase from a company called Guiyang Reaptrade.co.LTD was a
complete scam and for $710.00 I got a box filled with plastic bags and one pair of socks.
This company had a “Gold Trust Pass” issued by Alibaba, for this reason I expected to find a reliable trustworthy supplier.

After some investigation I have found that many companies issued with these “Trust Passes have false addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers.
Many people have lost money to these so called Trust Pass companies.

Perhaps Alibaba should have to carry some Responsibility ???

Class Action anyone???

I was cheated for us$360 by a gold member, Romantic Starlight Garment Store, of alibaba. It started when they offered very low price of very high spec notebooks. But the only acceptable payment was through western union. After receiving the money, first the person just disappeared and later gave me fake tracking numbers. I believe, the fake tracking number were to refrain me from reporting the matter to alibaba to buy more time to continue their fraud.
After I reported the matter to alibaba.com, all they did was to cancel the membership of Romantic Starlight Garment Store. Alibaba never accepted any liability for the return of my money. Luckily, it was just us$360.

Wow, you want to talk about taking no responsibility whatsoever on costing honest people thousands and thousands of dollars. I just recieved an email from Alibaba’s support staff. Below it is listed:

Dear Garen,

Thanks for your email.

It’s quite unfair for you to post your articles about we Alibaba.com do nothing but just let scammers using our website to cheat, since you can’t either locate these 2 companies on our website, or prove you have found and contact them through Alibaba.com. We also did try our best to find out if the scammers do exist on our website, but there was just no result about it.

We are always pursuing safety of international trade on Alibaba.com. And we’re not going to do any respond or reaction to those groundless statements in your blog. Since “doing is always better than saying”, programs like an Escrow safety payment, as well as a member rating mechanism, etc. are currently under developing, which could notably increase safety level of trade on our website. It definitely would be a long-term and endless process but we’ll keep moving step by step on our way. We believe you would realize the progress some day, and thank you again for your concern about Alibaba.com.

If you have any further questions, please visit our Help Center at http://www.alibaba.com/help or contact us at anytime.

This is untrue that you shut them down, and you do not really verify that they are from the location they say they are from. Tell me something why is sz-xinglong.com still operating? Your basic policy is simply ‘buy at your own risk, because we are trying.’ This does not make me feel safe buying goods on your B2B network. You are multi-million dollar corporation, however you lack any protection for you customers? However, I am not on a witch-hunt to bash Alibaba, but I feel that they do not really take ANY responsibility for scams on their site. I provided you with user names, sites, ALL emails, and you simply did nothing. Oh you are making progress? That makes me feel real safe, because I am out 8,000 and many other people are out money too. Progress?

Dear “Ali Baba & 40 Scammers” B2B Portal Managers,

You are really taking a serious part in these scam cases and you still say that you don’t have any responsibility !! The people are not stupid as you think.

I’ll tell you now, what is paradoxal on that Alibaba Portal.
I spoke with some very trustfull friends and 3 experienced buying agents from China. I asked them whether they know any reliable and honest suppliers from China, which can supply me branded electronic products. All these friends told me the same thing. And it was, that it is not possible to export branded products from China, without any Brand Delivery and Distribution Certification. If you even find these kind of suppliers, the price may be very expensive.

As you see, this is a common and simple information and knowledge for any experienced trademan from China. But as you can see again, there are a lot of branded products suppliers on this fucken Alibaba portal.

Do these Alibaba Managers not have any information about this simple ordinary legal regulation in China ? How can they tolarize such pretended companies? At least they could prevent the sales of branded products from Chinese companies. But they are unresponsable persons. This Alibaba portal management is either stupid or in bad faith. I think that they are not stupid :)

I would like to say that I too feel that alibaba does not protect clients and have nothing but criminals working under their banner. I guess because they receive gold member dues from them it doesn’t matter that they are scamming innocent people. Alibaba.com need to be held accountable for people trading under them! As I have found it is illegal to sell namebrands from China, surely alibaba you know this but yet the crooks that are working under you are claiming to have these products and you allow them to advertise. I have been robbed by a thief by the name of Yada Huang of Guiyang Reap Trading. Alibaba you know who she is but yet you still let the thief trade and just recently suspended her right to trade after she has already made thousands off of people, but I guess that’s all right since you received a cut!!! all good things cone to an end and maybe it’s time for people to start coming after you!! after all the illegal activity is happening under your banner!!! time for you Alibaba and your crooks to take a hike!! surely you have enough stolen money to retire off of!!! all good things come to an end and yours is just around the corner!!!

They really do not accept one bit of responsibility. I was scammed out of 2,000 dollars ,and sz-xinglong.com is still up and operating their scam. I also read your story on sz-xinglong.com and that is word for word what happen to me. I can’t understand why these scammers get to operate on Alibaba.com. I am sick and tired of it and will NEVER use Alibaba.com again!

Alibaba, ecplaza, tradekey, etc. I’ve tried to deal with “suppliers” on all those sites and EVERY ONE, and I mean EVERY SUPPLIER I have dealt with on those sites is fraudulent. They talk the talk, but when you hold them to the fire and ask for basic info (company address, phone, fax, full name, registration info) you will NEVER hear from them again!

Alibaba is an absolute SCAM. I have tried to purchase Canon SLR cameras from 3 different supplies from China and have been scammed 3 times and lost tons of money.
I have used Trade Manager and have history of conversations with suppliers, I have their company registration papers (in Chinese, but I even translated it), I have pictures of cameras they e-mailed me… BUT now I will show you how this SCAM works.

Seller provides you with all the proof you need to proceed with payment and the only way they accept payment is via Money Gram or Bank Transfer. You send money and then wait for a week, as seller tells you that shipment must be prepared!!! Then they give you a wrong tracking # by DHL… Then they give you a correct tracking # by EMS… and EMS takes another 10-12 days to get to you. It’s all done to drag this as long as possible, so they can scam more people before Alibaba will de-activate their account.

When you receive a box by EMS from “NO Address”, just Shanghai, China and you open it… you get couple of cheap chinese made video cameras or some chinese made phones… You complain, you scream….but you have accepted the package.

So that’s how it works. I have been scammed twice by exactly the same scenario, to the dot.

Here is another trick they make. Seller accepts payment via Paypal or Credit card, but tells you that a shipping mistake was made and instead of one they sent you four cameras. Seller demands you to pay the rest of the amount by Western Union or they won’t release a tracking # to you…. DA…. you don’t need a tracking #, as no shipment has been sent.

Alibaba doesn’t do anything about it. They say that they have removed seller’s account, but seller is still listed at Alibaba.com.

Guys, it’s all about money Chinese companies scam and Alibaba receives as a membership fee.

Stay away from this site. If you need any proof of these scams – e-mail me and I will send you pictures, transactions, etc.

There are a lot of Scammers from alibaba and shockingly mostly GOLD SUPPLIERS! NOW WE KNOW WHY THE FUCK THESE CHINESE GOT RICH SO FUCKING FAST! BECAUSE MOST OF THEM INCLUDING ALIBABA ARE A FUCKING FRAUD COMMUNITY ALL OF US WE SHOULD PETITION ALIBABA AND BOYCOT THIS SITE!
