For a few days ago I wrote one comment here on one topics about the Alibaba, the pretended “world’s largest online business information exchange platform“. Let me remind you of this letter below.
“Dear “Ali Baba & 40 Scammers” B2B Portal Managers,
You are really taking a serious part in these scam cases and you still say that you don’t have any responsibility!! The people are not stupid as you think.
I’ll tell you now, what is paradox on that Alibaba Portal.
I spoke with some very trustful friends and 3 experienced buying agents from China. I asked them whether they know any reliable and honest suppliers from China, which can supply me branded electronic products. All these friends told me the same thing. And it was, that it is not possible to export branded products from China, without any Brand Delivery and Distribution Certification. If you even find these kinds of suppliers, the price may be very expensive.
As you see, this is a common and simple information and knowledge for any experienced tradesman from China. But as you can see again, there are a lot of branded products suppliers on this Alibaba portal.
Do these Alibaba Managers not have any information about this simple ordinary legal regulation in China? How can they tolerate such pretended companies? At least they could prevent the sales of branded products from Chinese companies. But they are irresponsible persons. This Alibaba portal management is either stupid or in bad faith. I think that they are not stupid”
Those clever Alibaba managers sent us now a new explanation. Please give attention to their sarcastic expression. This is a very concrete indicator.

Are you kidding me, you are ‘making every effort to build a legendary trading environment.’ Can you state exactly what you are doing to make sure fraud is not an issue on your site? I have made two business transactions with Chinese suppliers, or shall I say what I thought were Chinese suppliers from you site.
One company www.sz-xinglong.com, which has cost my business 8,000 USD. Alibaba takes no responsibility for it. Better yet, you can’t even find them on your site? I own a lot of websites, and believe me I know exactly what goes on, on each one. Another scammer www.dealstead.com (which was recently shut down, thanks to us at www.report-online-scams) has ripped me off for 1,000 USD. I provided you with all the information and received lame responses from you! Can you prove that it was from our site? Yeah, here are all the emails. Then, no response from you.
Just food for thought, maybe you should put this in your tips at http://resources.alibaba.com/trade_safe/home.htm?home=0, we don’t care if you get ripped off. As a world’s largest online business information exchange platform I guess I expected a little more responsibility for trusting ‘Trust Pass Gold’ members on your site.
I have stop searching for suppliers on your site, because so far I have lost 9,000 USD.
