This is a scammer that is based out of Putian (city) Fujian (prvince), China.  The person in which you send the money to is Wen Zu Wu, and he only accept unsecure transfers such as, Money Gram, T/T and Western Union.  The name of the business or scammer is Abroad Trade Co., Ltd.

They have been known to go by two different names abroad-trade and biz2customer.com.  Also, there have been reports that they also operate at FashionFantacy which is another wildly know scammer.

These scammers are overseas and they know that they are safe to rip Americans off.   What they do is switch around to a number of these various sites and make it look like they have s live help and system.  However, they have made the mistake of leaving their contact information on various parts of each page.
