IQ Facebook Scam
Facebook has new scam that is floating around. It looks like an innocent IQ test, but upon further review we found that it is nothing, but innocent. Basically, you get to answer a couple of questions and find out what your IQ is. Sounds kind of fun, and who wouldn’t want to see what their IQ is.
At the end of the quiz it ask for your cell phone number. Why your cell phone number? Because, they have to text message your results to you. You might be thinking, ok, that’s fine. But wait there is more! There is a fine print message at the bottom of this quiz.
They are signing you up for ringtones, games , wallpaper, and FUN text messages. Oh yeah, the best part, you will be charged $19.99 per month. This is a clever hoax that has already cost honest people lots and lots of money. Before giving out your cell phone number please do read the fine print.
This is just a scam to get $19.95 per month from unsuspecting victims.
