Two days ago we wrote a letter to Alibaba.com (pretended the worlds most famous and largest online business information exchange platform),  so you can read our letter and their explanations below.

“Dear Alibaba.com staff ,

Now it is time to ask you some questions .

1. What is the difference between GOLDMEMBER and NON GOLDMEMBER? I think this is not an enough argumentation to be safe.
2. Why do you try to sell this GOLD or TRUSTMEMBERSHIP to everybody? It has already no sense.
3. Anybody who pays 580$ can purchase this membership, without any inspection or verification. And now; why should I trust a TRUSTMEMBER or GOLDMEMBER?
4. Why are you moving so slowly? Are you sleeping always? There are a lot of Trust or Gold Member Fraud Companies here on this portal, even I can detect them with my poor knowledge. And they are still active and continuing to scam people. Don’t you see this? Can’t you tell the difference?
5. What is the aim of this portal? To develop international e-commerce or to develop internet crimes? Or to earn money without taking any responsibility or to corporate with the Chinese scammers?

We are publishing Alibaba’s response and explanations without any subjective comment. This letter is written by a spokesman/woman of Alibaba, who is responsible about customer relations.  Please take care. Here it is;

You feeling on these matters can greatly be understood. Thanks for your questions and we are happy to answer.

All Gold Supplier Members have passed an authentication and verification check by a third-party credit reporting agency while free members have not. However, this check is only made to confirm the legitimacy of the company. You are suggested to use your own business experience and judgement when trading with your partners.

Our members have their own rights to choose the member type. Meanwhile, we will recommend they become our paid members according to their requirements and other conditions.

Our site always tries our best to reduce any fraud activities and provide a comparative safe information platform for suppliers and buyers. However, it needs a long time to do this and we also need cooperation of our members.

Moreover, we are looking forward to your great comments and suggestions.
