Ok so if you spend any amount of time online you have surely seen the articles claiming that people are getting rich fast by simply making posts on Google. Many people, unfortunately, have fallen into this trap and continue to have to fight to get away from it.
This offer is not legit at all. You will be asked to provide banking information so that you will receive a “free” CD that will give you exact directions on how to begin making large amounts of money with little to no effort at all. What most people do not realize is that you are also agreeing to sign up for some pretty costly extras.
If you click on the terms and conditions, which are conveniently located in extremely small print at the bottom of the page, you will see that by providing your banking information you are authorizing a subscription to a magazine or service. Some of the subscriptions will cost you between twenty five and seventy five dollars every month.
Yes, you can cancel the service but most people do not even realize that they have signed up for it until after it has been charged to their banking account at least one month. Getting the money back from the scammers and canceling your subscription is another battle in itself.
The small print in the terms and conditions will tell you that you can cancel your membership but any charges, including the initial fees, are not refundable. You have not legal standing in getting a refund for any monies that they have taken from you because you provided the banking information to them and agreed to the terms and conditions (in most cases without reading them).
The internet has provided opportunities for several scam artists to take advantage of consumers who are already in a hard place to begin with. Seriously, if the people that are getting ripped off were swimming in money and had no financial concerns then why would they be looking for a quick monetary fix? The answer is that they wouldn’t. No, these people that are getting ripped off are the people that need money the most.
When these fees begin coming out of their banks, the chances are really good that they will not only be out that money but also owe the bank for over draft fees and other charges. Their situation goes from bad to worse, all because they failed to pay attention.
A good suggestion for anyone that is looking to make some extra cash online is to be sure to read the small print. Look over the terms and conditions very closely before providing any personal information. Do not be naive. Many people have no problem taking advantage of others. They prey on the immediate needs of the average person and take them for all that they can. The “Easy Google Profit” scam is a prime example of it. Protect yourself from making a bad situation even worse. You can do that easily by keeping your eyes open and your personal information guarded.

Very good site and great article. After being online for over 10 years, I still can’t believe how many people are still running scams. I have been sammed many times and lost thousands of dollars. I began writing articles about scams a few years ago, and it’s good to see others telling of the scams online.
Very good job!
