So I was ripped off by two scammers on Alibaba.com, which cost my business over 10,000 dollars and Alibaba could honestly care less about the situation.  I have contacted them many times and every time they just tell me, “we will look into it.”  I never hear anything back from them; what do they care they already got their money for giving out their trust passes.  You know how easy it is to get a trust pass from Alibaba? If you can make up an address, your access is welcome.  Go ahead rip off people we don’t care.  That seems to be their policy.

Again, I gave them numerous chances to do something to clean up scammers on their website, but do they listen? NO!  I told them they should link to www.report-online-scams.com to build trust in their site, but they told me they would forward it to someone that would be able to make the decision.  They ignored my request after a little while.  It has been four months since they ripped me off and I am done playing nice with Alibaba.

Well, I am going to be the thorn in their side that just won’t go away.  Why?  Not because I have lost money, but the thousands of other people that have lost money, too.  Someone needs to take charge in holding them responsible for their actions. What about the people that had to sell their houses, cars, ect.  They had to start all over, Alibaba has contributed to collapsing businesses, and even bankruptcies!

A lot of people might just shrug off losing money, but that is the problem.  I don’t care if you lose $5 or $500,000 you should report fraudulent behavior online.   The matter is Alibaba needs to change; they obviously have a huge problem.

Today, I am encouraging people to file claims against Alibaba to the Better Business Bureau. Why because at the time of writing this blog entry they have a C+ according to the Better Business Bureau.  How could they possibly have that high of a rating, I have received so many stories about fraudulent behavior on their website?

They often make these kind of mistakes. It needs to be taken care properly because loosing money and business isn’t going to help anyone.

Shishi Guangsheng Communication Store. This is the company which should be avoided. the main man behind this operation is Mr. zhensheng wang. He has several companies. I sent him the money. He sent me the parcel tracking id. I followed this parcel all the way to someone else’s house. I first thought hey they have delivered my parcel to the wrong place.However, later I thought that the fraudulent company just took a different tracking number of someone else’s parcel and sent me that one. I have been tracking someone else’s parcel.

I can not believe how easy it was to get the TrustPass. Alibaba needs to pay back money for everyone who has a claim.

No one is their to proove that Alibaba is behind every fraud.They give the chance to companies who are fraud and making them easier to cheat and earn money as alibaba given trustpass and gold member.Please friends be ware of Jinan Mao Shu Trading Co., Ltd. In this company one sales girl named Sherry (IVY) has contacted me and was begging to give her oppurtunity to start a business .so i ordered laptops worth 1000usd and she gave me a traking number and it never shows any records now it is nearly one month and now she is completly not responding.her mail is
jinanmaoshu2009@hotmail.com and her contact number is 13793130134.Before one week she said that her company boss is not good and i might receive fake laptops not original.but still nothing i have received .will alibaba look into it ,The above mentioned company is certified by alibaba as gold supplier.dear friends be careful just only way is to see the person in cam and speak to her direct so that you can know who is fraud .some come as females and they are actually male behind that female name.so if you can deal them through video call you can take some pictures of them so that you can post the pictures in the website and protect someothers in future.just bring out the fraud faces and post it in alibaba and let us see what alibaba is doing.

I bet it’s a lot easier to compile a list of who’s not been cheated on alibaba than a list of who’s been cheated. the scamming and fraud on Alibaba is so pandemic, and mind boggling that there’s no way alibaba isn’t benefitting from it.

there’s lot of anger and confusion but what we lack is a coordinated effort to fight these scammers.
you’ll think alibaba will lead a noble fight like this but no they’re too busy protecting the bad guy.

Firts we really need a central blog like this one, spread the word on all forums related to alibaba.
then we need to start looking into laws in china governing these kind of business, evaluate the doability of a class action and even starting to contact lawyers.

I’m positive there are thousands of people worldwide who will chip in some effort into cleansing alibaba of all the parasites or even bring the big bad wolf down.

what we need is “COORDINATED EFFORT”

Alibaba could care less who gets ripped of on their site. I have emailed them a million times. Every time I get some lame response. I will be filing my claim with the Better Business Bureau this weekend and I would encourage others to do the same. My claim is about 50 people deep!

I am a victim of Alibaba’s scam. Right after I joined their free membership, my inbox was flooded with emails from alibaba’s staffs pushing me to become a paid member. When I did not accept their offered, they continue to harrass me with insulting emails. I many time requested to cancell my membership and to these day, they still remove my name off their free member.

I am seriously going to get a complaint together, because they are aiding in thousands of dollars being conned out of honest people. My business suffered a 10,000 hit because of them.

There is a good site on which there is constantly an updating of bases of swindlers to whom interestingly look there already more than 7500 swindlers and administrators constantly fill up base antiscammers.net
