Always keep your website applications updated
If your website like WordPress or Joomla offered updates or new versions, make sure that you replace your old version with it because this means that higher security measures or features are discovered and abreast with malicious wares released on the internet. You may one day see your website account already controlled and manipulated by hackers.
Use Strong Passwords and Change it from time to time
Hackers try different means of getting your password. When they got one of your passwords, they may find it easy to access your other accounts including the financial accounts you keep in doing online transactions. Ensure that you use a strong password that cannot easily be known.
Hide or Mask your Database Folders
In creating a file to your website scripts, you can mask it with the features innate to your server or machine. You may protect your administrator folder that contains the web scripts by using a password. Use strong passwords that is much difficult for hackers to determine.
Keep a high level of security and employ preventive measures for your website. If you still got hacked, the first thing that you can do is change your passwords and clean your database.
